Vodacom can never keep to their own deadlines

My phone was, I called Vodacom to block and black list the phone at 13:20 (roughly)
The first person I spoke to referred me to the business department as my contract is through the business, he assured me that someone would help me as they are only closing at 14:00. I was then transferred to another consultant in the call center (not business), this person then informed me that the business section closes at 13:00. This already annoyed me.

The following day I called in and was told that I need to fill out a form, which I did and sent through.

I was told my the consultant that it would take 24 hours to receive my ITC number, after 24 hours I called back and am now told that it is going to take 5 - 7 working days??? Are you actually kidding me?

I cannot go to the police station to report the phone was without the ITC number and I cannot claim from insurance without a case number.
I now have to sit losing business because you cannot stick to your deadlines?!?!

SO ANNOYING!!
