Made premature upgrade and requested sim swap sales lady told me the sim swap will take approximately 24 hours to be active, 24 hours later nothing is happening i called her she told me i must switch off my new phone until my old sim card stop working, on the 17th i called her again and told me i must call 082111 follow voice prompts its still didn't work i called vodacom to speak to the consultant she told me to send a letter with the company letterhead and it will take approximately 24 hours, today its 20th and its still not working.

Can i please get help on this issue.
