It is pointless to list companies who gives a standard copy/paste response as Companies Who Respond. See all the complaints FNB got today and see the responses. A response is something useful the rest of us can benefit from - not an acknowledgement. If I had the opportunity to learn from other FNB clients' feedback and the responses from the bank, I would likely have made a different decision when considering them as a bank.
