So after nearly a month of issues with my phone this is the copy and paste response i get from you

How can i make it clearer to you that I AM NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR EMPTY APOLOGIES, I WANT TO KNOW WHEN MY PHONE WILL BE REPAIRED OR ARE YOU GOING TO GIVE ME A NEW PHONE? I AM LOSING WORKING HOURS DUE TO MY PHONE AS THE ONE YOU GAVE ME A S A LOAN PHONE IS USELESS IN MY LINE OF WORK!!!

I want an answer TODAY or I will take this matter to the ombudsman HOW CAN YOU EXPECT ME TO SIT WITHOUT MY WORK PHONE FOR A WHOLE MONTH??? ARE YOU GOING TO RE IMBURSE ME FOR TIME AND MONEY LOST DUE TO YOUR COMPLETE LACK OF SERVICE!?!?!?!?!?!

YOUR SO CALLED SERVICE DELIVERY IS HORRIBLE AND I AM TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW TO STEAR CLEAR FROM VODACOM...
