Repairs to a Blackberry 9900

I received my new up grade in November 2012, I had the phone for - 5 months then I had a problem with the speaker, so I sent it to MTN Shelly Beach and they sent it to the repair center in Durban, so in the mean time I had to borrow a phone from a friend, It took 5 weeks to get my now "new" Blackberry 9900, on the in side the phone behind the battery its stated "refurbished" not new! Well that phone only lasted a week to the same day I collected it, the phone was cutting all my calls and rebooting with in a minuite of the call, so I sent it back to MTN and only after 1 1/2 weeks I received another Blackberry 9900 also new "refurbished", I decide not to used the phone and to keep it as spare but unfortunatly I had to use it so on the second day of using the phone it is now telling me I am unable to dial out any numbers and the phone is going on and off SOS mode. I can no longer deal with MTN. The staff at Shelly Beach have told me i must send the phone in again!! I cannot do that as I dont have any spare phones. I am paying for this phone every month, surley I should be entitled to a brand new one and not a refurbished one!!
