Logged another complaint on 26 May 2013 - NO RESPONSE FROM MTN
This is my 3rd complaint. I am hoping that you will now expedite this issue - I cannot wait for another "copy and paste" response from the Customer NO Care Department..
I need my Account Manager - Portia Sesika to comtact me personally to to resolve this issue as very soon you will have 5 less numbers to bill for on your network...
Oh well... u dont care anyway as some people still thinks that MTN is a Service Provider.
