We have recently moved up to Hilton, and as I work from home a landline and especially an internet connection are crucial. We applied for both before even unpacking boxes and were assured that 19 Feb would be installation date. After some delays, the techincian did indeed arrive one day only to report that there was a cable problem, andf added another week to the delay. It is now 6 March, and despite numerous phone calls to the call centre, Telkom has not given us any hope that this will be resolved soon, or that the problem is even being attended to
