I have been complaining for months now about coverage issues and call dropping in the Centurion and Bluehills area.
I have lodged and filled in 3 coverage feedback forms with no resolution, I also brought this up on hellopeter recently and was met with a "copy and paste" response to email information to Cell C (and you guessed it, no response!).
Firstly, I will not send the mail again as I have done so 3 times already.
Secondly, Cell C is a lie, because I'm not benefiting in the reduced costs and better network that you are claiming all over TV, Radio and the internet as I constantly have to re-download the same data and constantly phone my clients back. This is in fact escalating my costs and I don't see why I should pay for a service that I am not receiving.
I am greatly disappointed with this company and its lack of customer service and strongly suggest Cell C gets its act together.
Please don't reply with the standard copy and paste response that I have noticed all over the site and would like a consultant to call me and give me real answers or resolution to this matter, it has gone on for 3 months now! Shocking!
