I had a contract which was running on auto-renewal. I migrated from a top up contract to prepaid on the 29th January 2013. How is it possible that I am paying for january's invoice in March when the debit orders run one month in arrears? When I migrated at least R580 worth of minutes just fell away. On the 1st of Feb the debit went off as per usual? What the am I paying for in March?
