The worst service eve

In May 2012 I took in a new blackberry contract on top of the one I already had. I was paying R379 for my existing contract and would be paying R229 for the new contract I took in May. In January 2013 I went to upgrade my old existing contract of which I was paying R379 per month to a Samsung S3 and tablet both amounting to R609, which means the new contract R609 plus the contract I took in May 2012 of which I was paying R229 would in total amount to R838. In January 2013 MTN erroneously debited my account with R827.31 instead of R608 (379 229 (new contract I applied for in May 2012)). In February 2013 MTN further debited my account with a ridiculous amount of R1 330.33 instead of R838 (R609 R229). Today (05/03/2013) I received a statement showing that they will be debiting me with R942.99 in March which is still incorrect as my two contracts amounts to R838.00 per month. I've written before for my credits for January and February (R219 R492) to be refunded back to me but MTN has still not responded to this. For all two debit orders that have erroneously went through I've complained to MTN and I've since received no response even for the reference numbers given to me.
