Six months of and I want my refund

I have a 10 year contract running with Cell C, a casual chat 100, my problem started last year September when I was due for renewal, although my contract was officially ending December 2012. I decided to migrate my contract into a data contract and subsequently ordered a Samsung 7 inch tablet on 500mb per month. After receiving the device on Friday 21 September late on the day, the very same night I realized that there were additional costs included in my contract without my consent and called them the following day that I'm cancelling the renewal as nobody could explain to me how they were added.
They collected the device and I was told it would be cancelled and I'd be migrated back to my original casual chat 100 until December 2012 and was given a ref #. However, in November I realized I was still not migrated back, called the 084 145 and I was told it would be done soon and given another ref #. In around the 7th of January 2013, I went to the Cell C store and realized the contract has been renewed for another 2 years in Dec 2012. I didn't do this, I have been calling ever since, given endless ref #, submitted affidavits, but month end Cell C still deducts.
