Once again I am back to complain about the complete lack of service from your company. I cancelled my contract in January which means that my contract ended in February. Yet in March i still received an invoice. I need this invoice to be credited as I am done paying for a contract which was cancelled in January already. I contacted your service department and have not received any feedback despite the fact that this was on the 25/03/2013. When exactly do you tend to your customers because it seems like you couldnt care less? Send me the credit note for this invoice and don't bill me again next month as i am done paying for a product which i couldnt use in the first place as your coverage map was completely wrong when i took out the contract.
