Bad Service - Dont phone back - took my battery

I took my phone to Cresta servicecentre on the 26th of Feb. I ask them for a fault report. My phone keep on resetting itself, freezing, clock comes up etc. Stand in a line for 15min. I ask one of the ladies toplease get more people to help as there was only 1 person behind the desk. She told me she doesn't know, I ask her if she please can go and have a look. After a while she came out and told us there was no one that could help as they don't understand the work the guys do that receives the phones. Another 5 min 4 staff members came in from outside. Then they stand and had a personal conversation while we stand and wait (I knew it was personal cause one of the customers could understand them, she said this is ridiculous). I booked my phone in with the battery. Phone is ready for collection. Went to collect. It took me 40min (this was after is stand in the line) to get my phone. Then they lost my battery gave me someone elses not working. Still the same problems. Best off all. I phoned last week Thursday to report the poor customer care (Vodacom call centre). They told me someone will phone me back in 24 hours. It's a week later but didn't get any call back.
