Incompetent and dont care

Jan & Feb I did not receive an income. I have a contract with Nashua, the contract expired in July 2013. Due to not having any income for 2 month's my contract fell behind. I informed the branch my situation, but I would rectify the account.By March my account was up to date.
I fell behind again due to other outstanding payments. In July I informed the Branch to migrate the contract from anytime350 to Prepaid as soon as the contract date is complete. They informed me that they could not migrate my account as there was an amount outstanding on the account. I was told to contact Accounts Department. I tried contacting the accounts department but there is always a long ques and nobody answers. I was then contacted by the accounts dep that my acc was in arrears, I informed them my situation and that they must please migrate my account to prepaid. In Sep I received an email to inform me that my account will be handed over to the Lawyer's. But the whole time no one has migrated my account yet. 10th September i got confirmation on email that the account will changed to prepaid. Today I phoned the branch to confirm the change to prepaid, they told me NO still on contract. WHAT NOW???
