What a terrible experience i am having with Nashua Mobile i requested a port out over a month ago, Temoho sent me a form but you can select one option either port out or terminate, man do i wish i selected terminate because now it has become to difficult to port out with my new service provider. I am now told that because i am not porting out i need to apply to terminate and wait another calender month absolutely ridiculous surely if i wanted to port out i want to terminate, common sense. don't even get me started on their call centre i do not know how long i was on hold for trying to get through yesterday.
