The better connection? I think not!

My problem started 2 months ago when I wanted to switch my contract into my name. I went with all the necessary documents & was told it would take about 2 days. A few days went by and when I tried to call no one ever answered the phone - eventually I went in to the branch. I was told there was a problem but it would be resolved shortly. To cut a long story short it took over 6 weeks for the contract to get put on my name! Add this to the fact that no one ever answers the phone and I had to keep going in to the store (only to find that the number listed on MTN's website no longer exists and hasn't for a very long time!). So finally the contract is in my name and I can upgrade. They had to order the Sony Experia Go as there was none in stock and I was told it would take roughly 4 days and to come back last Friday. I went on the Saturday only to be told they still had not arrived and they would phone me. I get a call today and finally the phone is in stock and the new prices (from 1 March) mean the contract is now R209 instead of R229pm). However the new contract prices have not yet been loaded on the system so ONCE again I walk out empty handed. How long must I wait to get my phone?
