WAITING AND WAITING FOR MY SONY EXPERIA V

I have been dealing with this problem with Vodacom, Canal Walk going on 3 weeks now.
I went in to upgrade my cellphone contract and get a Sony Experia V almost 3 weeks ago. They said they didn't have the phone in stock, but it would be there in 4 days time. I signed my contract and paperwork in the meantime. When I called 4 days later, they said the phone hadn't been delivered and I would have to wait another week. One week later I call again, still no phone and now no one can actually tell me for sure when the phone will arrive. I even went in to the shop to chat to someone face to face and I was told the phone had been discontinued! How can you advertise and sell someone a contract for a phone that isn't even available anymore?!?! So i'm not even sure now if i can still get this phone.
on the 1st of next month (Friday, 1 November), my new contract will kick in and I will be paying for a new contract but I wont have my phone yet! Ridiculous, getting so sick of this! If my phone does not arrive by Friday, I will cancel my contract and go to another network- no question about it!
