On 17 June 2013 I applied for a new Sony Experia on contract. I was told the phone was out of stock but they would have it in 4-5 days time.
On 1 July I queried why the phone had not yet been delivered and was told they would have it by 2 July. Today 5 July I again queried where the phone is and was told they are out of stock and did not know when they would have stock!!! The salesperson was totally nonplussed and couldn't care less.
Cell C why do you advertise out of stock phones?!!! Your staff need training in customer relations! They have made false promises all along.
