My mom was due for an upgrade, we went to the cell c store in Cavendish and on the system it reflected my mom already applied for an upgrade and was given a new phone. This is not true, so someone internally committed using mom's name and scored a new phone. this is their internal issue and I told the salesperson this is not my problem we want an upgrade. we were told to fill in forms, at that time the phone we wanted was not in stock. The phone was finally in stock, we went to the store, and went home empty handed. The story given is they are investigating the issue and will cancel the old contract so that we open a new contract, because of this issue we are inconvenienced, the old contract is still being cancelled, its been over a month and we still don't have a new phone. Today I called the store and was told the manager will call me back, Why can the salesperson not look into the system and tell me the status of my contract. This is ridiculous, they are giving me the run around. I ma still waiting for manager Fathima to call me back.
