I ordered 2 Sony experia V phones on contract 26/10/2013.the consultant told me the don't have stock at that stage and he will have to order and will take up to 3 weeks to arrive... I get a phone call today saying that they only received 1 phone from Germiston branch and can't issue the phone without the other one..he offered me a Sony experia M... If I wanted M a would have asked for a M not an V model... I told him that I want a V and asked how long I must wait again, another 3 weeks? He said he doesn't know... I'm sorry but I have been a loyal customer for years and this is really pathetic customer service... waited 3 weeks and still don't have a phone or the 2 phones I ordered
