I ordered the new Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE (N8020) and received the unit on Monday. The unit frequently loose connection with the networks if connected on gsm and/or wifi.
I called vodacom but was given the aftersales service number 0821945 to call. I called this number at 11h56 and requested a call-back. This was supposed to happen within an hour. This did not happen.
At 14h02 I called again and held for the operater, (this cancelled my earlier call-back request) and held for the operator. After 6 minutes the call was answered and put down again without anybody speaking to me.
I called back again at 14h09 and held for 39:31 minutes without any answer nor the option to book a call-back.
Vodacam shop cannot assist me with a replacement unit as they did not do the original deal.
