Where's my call-back... and contract?

Yesterday (17 July 2013), some1 called me & told me he's going to look for my contract. This was after more than a week of complaints on twitter that I am still looking for my contract (yes, I am still waiting for feedback with regards to my previous complaint on hellopeter with regards to my contract).
The person called himself Jacob. He said he was calling me from head office.

He said that if he would surely call me back before the end of the day. If not, I should call 011 912 3000.

This morning, i called that number. I was put through to different people...
1. The person didn't know a Jacob, and started looking for my contract. I held on for more than 18 minutes... Just held on and held on and held on... (Im using my Vodacom phone...)
2. The person put me through to coverage (I mentioned that I am looking for my contract, because I want to see what my actual rights are with regard to reception, because I'm struggling AGAIN with reception).
3. After only 8 minutes, this person told me that my contract aren't on the system...

So after three calls, waiting for more than 30 minutes, I know now that my contract aren't on the system...

So where are my contract? (0832818919)
