I 'upgraded'my Vodacom contract in December 2012. Since then I have been receiving text messages about credit limits that make no sense and I have not received a single invoice, even though my debit order continues to be deducted from my account - at seemingly the same rate as prior to my contract change, which was in fact a change to a lower-value contract!
I have sent numerous emails to Customer Care and have received many automatic reply messages asking me the same security questions repeatedly, but to date (3 months down the line) I still have no idea what is happening with my contract and why I am getting these wierd sms'es
