I upgraded to a samsung galaxy. i now received my bill and see that i am being charged for blackberry internet service. why??? i tried to call to rectify this i selected accounts from the menu and held the line for 14 minutes. eventually my call was answered, just to say "sorry sir, i have to put you through to billing department. i held another 2 minutes. someone answered the phone, because i could hear people speaking in the background. i held for another 4 minutes and gave up. please sort out your call centre and sourt out my bill.
