I took out a data contract in January with the intention of acquiring a dual sim- 1 for my laptop and 1 for my iPad to share the 2GB allowance. When I checked with the onsite Cell C shop afterwards, they said the dual sim cannot be done. I then called Cell C and spoke to a guy in 'technical department' who said that Cell C does not advise it but it CAN be done. I then go back to the onsite store and tell them this and they then call Cell C who confirms it CAN be done. So I go back to the store to have this implemented only to hear from the store that Cell C now say they cannot do a dual sim on a data contract. If you cannot do the dual sim for me and keep sending me from pillar to post, please cancel this contract and I will take my business elsewhere. Oh and to get through to your 140 number is a nightmare! You either cannot process my request or the number "does not exist" when calling 084140 from a non Cell C phone.
