Cancellation of Contract

I took out a new contract with Cell c two weeks ago, it was for a sony erricson Xperia E dual, the device hasn't been working since, the internet and playstore keeps on coming with an error message. i phoned the call centre technical department countlessly with no resolution, i took the phone in to the cell c store in south gate, the consultant was so rude and told me to take the phone back with me, i complained he eventually logged a request and said they would call me back in two days but that hasnt happened, i want to cancel my contract due to the lack of customer service and the phone not being fixed and i was told i have to pay fees for that which i find utterly ridiculous if not absurd, this has been my worst experience with any company and i want to be out of this ASAP coz I'm being treated like dirt.
