CELL C Incorrect Phone Deliveries

I was called by the call centre for a phone upgrade offer. I rejected the phone offered initially and was subsequently offered the Nokia Asha 210 DUAL SIM and I gladly accepted as I wanted a Dual Sim phone. The phone delivered on the 16 of October and collected two weeks later after calling to enquire and complaining that the phone did not have a second sim slot. This is after numerous calls to cell c explaining my issue and being told that the dual sim phone did not exist. Last week friday the phone got delivered and to my surprise the phone delivered was exactly the same phone and came with a note saying "REJECTED: Phone does not have second sim slot as it is a dual sim" which makes no sense to me. I have called again and I'm rather upset as I was promised something and didn't get what was promised. Today I couldn't get through to cell c but I'm rather disgusted as this has been going on for over a month now. I'm really considering changing networks cause I don't have time to be playing the fool with people who do not know how to treat customers.
