Vodacom Has Never Gotten a Data Request Right!

I went into Cresta Vodacom to get a Dual SIM activated. The salesperson while processing my request sees a woman walking outside the store and starts to whistle and scream while she walked passed and in the process did a SIM Swop instead! When I queried it he tells me that that is what I had asked for! Once I explained that I clearly requested a dual sim he then proceeded to reverse the transaction. I asked on numerous occasions if the original sim will still work and he assured me that it would. Went back and checked and as expected, the SIM didn't work, Called into the store and spoke to Jason, the assistant manager who not only covered up for his unprofessional staff but did the bare minimum to help. I then had to make another trip into the store to pick up a new sim as Vodacom Data division that was supposed to reverse the sim swop didnt do that correctly either. It is now 11 days later and even my new sim doesn't work! This is now the second issue I have had. When I forst took out the contract they provisioned me with the wrong SIM. I am now out of options in getting this address and will be charged for the dual sim without have a dual sim.
