Cell C call centre claimed I had a dual sim linked to my cell phone contact which I did not. I had dual sim with my 3G contract. They then proceeded to cancel my dual sim with my 3G contract and then told me I had to go in store to reactivate when I told them it didn't work anymore and they cancelled the incorrect one. I went to Menlyn where I was met with a bad attitude and told that the dual sim never existed. I have been using it on my iPad for 2 years! They basically implied I was a and then told me they will charge me R60 for a new sim and to re link it. Why must I pay for yet another mistake Cell C has made? The staff had a terrible attitude and were not willing to help at all unless I paid. Cell C I have had enough of you! You are making my life miserable all the time!
