I`ve been using an iPhone for 2 years and found out that I`m still being charged every month for the BIS service from my old Black Berry. The call centre said it was my fault for not telling them even though Vodacom delivered the iPhone to me. I need to upgrade my contract now but might as well use MTN if this is the level of service I get. I expect a full refund for being charged for something I havent even used or wasn`t even aware of.
