Beware of Neotel

To anyone wanting to apply for Neotel, beware. The application process is simple but from there things become complicated. They do not tell you whether the signal is good or bad, in my case the signal was bad.

I upgraded 2 of my Neotel lines which they blocked (take into account these are business lines). I could not resolve this problem for over a week (loss of income) and the call centre was terrible. They take absolutely no responsibility. I finally cancelled my one line and 2 months later am still battling once again with the call centre. My advise... Use Telkom! The initial process is more tedious but the result is much better.
