I own a business and was promised the world if I moved on to Neotel. Better lines, cheaper lines and the like. I moved over. Since then, its been the worst experience. The lines are bad, so much so that I cannot run my business. Running a medical practice and not being able to take bookings is a huge financial loss on my side. Also, bad client service as patients cannot get through. Neotel sent out technicians on 3 ocassions and no joy. I asked to move back to Telkom and now they saying it takes 3 mnths to port back to Telkom. I will never refer Neotel for anything and would definately not use them at all in future. Why does it take 3 mnths to por back? how much money am I loosing in 3 mnths. Unnacceptable.
