Vodacom has has been sending me statements for a cellphone contract on the number 072 313 7766 i never had... the worst part about it is i have been getting calls from their collections department for me not paying my account & yet i have logged a request with Vodacom in December 2012 & faxed through all the documents i was asked to to fax and given a reference number as S3-MJ71F-FMIKI given by Nabielha Simons on the 19th December 2012 & to this day i have never had any call or form of communication from Vodacom. Today 05 March 2013 i spoke to Darrel who gave me a bad attitude and hung up on me while i was on the call with him! Vodacom is the worst place one can do business with because one wonders how they can issue a cellphone contract without the original ID book as i have never ever lost my ID document... Which makes me wonder if this was not done by one of their employees who are just not trustworth none what-so-ever! I guess now its a matter of going to court since Vodacom and its' employees are arrogent & untouchable!!!
