Billing for Contract that I didn't sign up fo

In December 2012 I ported from Vodacom to MTN. I called the call center multiple times, to get my contract cancelled and asked repeatedly when my last debit order would go off. The consultants explained to me that since it is the last month of my contract there would be no cancellation fee and that my last debit order would go off in Jan 20113. They also told me that I would be assigned a temporary number until the port goes through. All was fine, until Feb. Another deboit order went off my account, I called customer services and they say that its because I now have an 071 number that is under contract. I have no idea where this number came from and I have no intention of paying for a contract I did not agree to. Vodacom said they have logged a credit request and that I would be contacted today, so far no call. If I am not contacted today i will take this further. If any of this information is in doubt i welcome Vodacom to call me get my number, and listen to the calls that were recored in December and you will hear I requested that once the port is done I wanted nothing to do with Vodacom, I made this clear multiple times.
