I contacted NM last week because my data simcard is no working. The consultant who assisted me told me that the simcard's RICA status was removed so the sim in locked. He continued to say that he will have it corrected and I remained on Hold. he eventually told me that it has now been ficed and will take about 24 hours to active.
Today more than 72 hours later the simcard is still not working. When I just called the call centre for the second time, just to stay on hold for 10 minutes each time without anybody picking up.
