Three months ago I purchased a Vodacom contract that came with a Blackberry 9300. 3 Weeks after I picked up a brand new phone, the trackpad was broken and I got a second-hand "refurbished" unit that I did not want. Now, two months later, the "refuribished" second-hand phone's trackpad is also broken. I want a new phone today and I do not want to be without my Blackberry which I use for business purposes. This is really bad service from Vodacom for the hefty price I pay each month. Another month with BIS paid for, yet no Blackberry to use it on. This is how they RIP YOU OFF!!
