On the 28th of February I did an upgrade and I was told I'll receive the phone on Monday the 4th of March. On Monday the 4th I phone customer service and they tell me that the phone hasn't been invoiced and that it has been invoiced Monday I'll receive it Tuesday by latest Wednesday. I phone on Tuesday and I get told it still lying at the warehouse and they can't tell me when I'll receive it? They also tell me that the guy who did my upgrade will phone me to give me an update - I'm still waiting for his call This is certainly very bad service!!!
