Upgraded my contract on the 6 February 2013. I was advised that the new sim card will be activated as of the 1st March, so i call Customer care again and they say you need to manually activate via the Activation Department. They then never answer and do not respond to a call back service they have within an hour. I call again on the 4th March and was advised that i need to go through to another department, today i need to call the upgrades department. Every day a new department is responsible for activating my Sim Card.

CAN SOMEONE JUST ACTIVATE MY SIM CARD???
