Wrong Contract

I applied for a contract in the beginning of February 2013. This was for Vodacom Smart Standard contract with the Samsung S3 mini. This was sent through as requested per the customer info sheet. This month I received my first Statement indicating I'm on the Smart Light plan which does not include anytime minutes which resulted in phone calls being made during the day which I had to pay for and 80mb of extra data which would have amounted only to 30mb should they have provided me with the correct contract!

I emailed the Kesley Walker who handled my application have not heard anything as of yet.

I just noticed my payment is scheduled by debit order for the 27th of this month although I already paid the amount by EFT. So i can assume the 27th this will be deducted again...
