Activating sim card for 3G Dongle

I have received a 3G card from my company and need to activate it. I have called 082111, they tell me the card is not active and put me through to the activation department and gave me the number 0821945. For the past 2 days I have been trying to get through to the activation centre and never get through. I need to acivate this card so I can work from home. Please can someone assist me to activate the sim card. Sim card number: 89450000000018448127
This is really bad service.
