This is now the third day I have requested for my contract Sim card to be activated. I had automatically done it on the 20th of August the day my phone was delivered. I have spoken twice to people in the call center who were very helpful but all they could tell me is that the IT Department has not activated my Sim card. This is nonsense. I had applied for my contract and had it delivered in a shorter time than its taking me to activate it. Very fed up right now. looking at cancelling my contract and applying for it elsewhere.
