My hand set is been giving me problems firstly they said it was the battery, and they (Vodacom repair centre sandton city) changed it, a week after it started giving me problems again and they said it was software of which they upgrade, two days after that the phone went dead. I took the phone back and they replace it with a no history phone of which within 4 days the screen went black, I took it back and they changed the screen, now I cannot make or receives calls as the phone boots itself once you receive or make a call. I called ceo's office to complain and Xoliswa refused to talk to me according Nolwazi, I asked for someone senior and she dropped the phone. I called advance repair centre and asked for Elizabeth as she gave me the no history phone and she promised to call me back of which she didn't do.
I want to know from the following from the CEO :
o Is Vodacom training their staff to treat customers as if they are doing them a favour
o Does Vodacom technician ever test the unit after repairs to make sure that the unit works according to the specification
o Is all the phones they have repaired according to specifications
