Incorrect contact and incorrect info given

I took out a vodacom contract at the n1 city branch and within 3 days i wanted to cancel the contract because they gave me the wrong package and debited my account without my knowledge, then when i contacted the branch i spoke to the manager and he said that he would not cancel my contract and he doesn't care what the contract says he will make sure that the contract is not cancelled then i called a lady at the head office and she said that she will sort the contract out for me. Nothing has been done about this, i wasn't informed about a monthly subscription for the two handsets and when my bill came the end of the month it was more then i budgeted for but i paid it, now, my bill comes for this month and it is twice the amount and i don't see how it could have gone to that amount but nobody can explain it to me.
I am tired of being posted from pillar to post and would really like this to be sored.
