I woke up to find my cell absolutely dead. I took it into MTN Morningside and they said there was water damage. This is totally untrue. I know my children have had water damaged phones but i am 54 yrs old and would know if it had been near water. They said maybe perspiration! what rubbish. they said they had to send it in. They have now told me it is water damaged which I obviously knew they would say. i called last week and asked to speak to a supervisor. No one available but would get back to me by Thursday morning at the latest. Today is Monday. No response. I called and held the line for 40 minutes tiday. Eventualy I was answered and told I must contact Morningside directly. They simply pick up the phone and put it down again. I WANT to speak to someone who has authority and knows what they are talking about. THE CELL IS NOT WATER DAMAGED. I HAVE BEEN WITH MTN FOR NEARLY 20 YEARS. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. THIS PHONE MUST BE REPLACED OR THE CONTRACT CANCELLED. The phone is 1 yr old and has already been replaced. since replacement it has still not worked properly but i couldnt take it in as i never get a replacement and i use it for work. i have 2 MTN contracts
