I reported my SONY experia Z (water proof phone) as water damaged on here, their marketing company replied and picked up the phone from me.
A week later they send it back to me as water damaged, unrepaired replaced or even a substitute second hand phone, what a joke, that's why I reported it, cause your water proof phone is not water proof, how does a water proof phone get water damaged?
Its like selling a car with ABS brakes, just to find out, it only has front brakes and it was just false advertising to sell the car!
Dear SONY, I hope you get taken down on this false advertising, I will keep on posting on every single social network until you resolve the problem, as you can see on HP that I am not the only person who had a water damaged water proof Sony experia Z?
How can this even be legal? I will go to the next step, as this is a R7800 mobile device that I will be paying for the next 18 months, and not just a cheap device.
Sort out your product, or dont advertise it as water proof!
