I have been battling with Vodacom since 28 January 2013. I live in Prieska, Northern Cape. My wife signed a 2 year top-up 1 gig contract with Vodacom, Kimberley. Since 28 January 2013 I could no longer receive a Internet connection with my plug in modem. I drove to Kimberley 2 times, had a sim swop done, checked the modem for faults. I spoke to various people at the Vodacom Call Centre about the problem. A technichian from Vodacom visited my home and checked everything. No faults could be found. Untill this very moment, 4 March at 15hoo, it is still not working. I have never in my life experienced such poor service. My wife and I are considerind the stopage of the debit order to Vodacom at the bank. It seems to me that this is the only option I have. We are paying for something every month now for something we cannot use. Will you be able to help me?
