PHONE NOT BLACKLISTED NOT BLACKLISTE

On Monday i called the Call Centre to block off a phone but instead of blocking off or blacklisting the phone, which by the way is still out there somewhere still working, my phone was blacklisted. Thursday moring i seemed to have a problem with my phone so i took it in to the Morning Glen Cell C Shop, where after investigation found out that my hand-piece was blacklisted and the 1 that i reported was still working. i knew there would be a problem because the call centre agent that handled my case didnt not ask for the telephone number or MEIC number of the piece, i had to suggest it to him. He 1st gave me an ITC number then i asked him if he didnt want the MEIC number. HEe left me waiting then returned asking me for the number, which i repeated 4 times, then got another ITC number. I was told by staff of Morning Glen that everything would be corrected within 24h but today we are 4days in and my phone still isnt connected neither is the 1 blocked off. I spent half a day filling in forms & running from Morning Glen to the police station & v.v. Whose going to compensate me for my time lost and money that i have spent correcting a mistake that isnt my faul
