MTN JUST KEEPS MESSING UP

My phone got last week and i had to put in a claim with my insurance they needed a imei number before thye could register the claim and advised that i call my service provider to get it, i called MTN and asked for it on (808) number they told me to call the shop where i purchased the phone of which i dd adn they gave me an imei number adn blacklisted the phone little did i know that the imei number they produced was the wrong one as i have 2 Z10 black berry's so they happened to block the wrong one i went to the MTN shop in centurion to quiry why my other phone wasnt working and they told me that its been blacklisted when i asked for the other imie number for the lost phone they told me it wasnt on their system and i should go all the way to the shop in THembisa where the phone was purchased to get it and when i got there they also didnt have it on they system which i thought was total BS because the number was registered as contract and they system shows that i have 2 phones with them now im stuck with one blacklisted phone and the other is being enjoyed by a because MTN doesnt have my imie number on they system. i hate mtn!!! you guys just
