I ordered an mweb package and was informed that it would take up to 10 business days. On day five the little light on my router lit up along with my face. I called mweb to get my settings and installed them on my router. I still had no internet connection. I phoned the technical services and they put me through to sales. The man on the other side explained the problem to me and told me that he would get back to me in an hour. 45 minutes later, he phoned and told me my service is up and running. Thank you
