BAD CUSTOMER SERVER AT CELL C MILLENIUM MALL

We went to cell c to blacklist a phone that was robbed from my daughter earlier today. My wife and daughter went there earlier to get the phone blacklisted as the SAPS requested an ITC number before opening a case. They were treated badly and they had no empathy with the situation. They just bluntly refuse to help. I had to take of earlier from work to get to their offices in time to have the phone blacklisted. After completion of the forms the gentleman on duty emailed the forms and phoned to obtain the ITC number. We then went to the Police station to open a case of. We were shocked to hear that the incorrect number were issued to us. We then tried to contact the 140 number and the message we got were as follows: service is not available. We eventually got through tonight and obtain the correct number. The number that was originally issued to us was not even on the system and the phone was not blacklisted. So, the staff at the above branch needs: 1. Definitely customer relationship training, 2. The right procedure to blacklist a phone, 3. Attitude training (try to have a smile on their faces) even if they don't want to, as was experienced.
